The Cole Constant Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of Cole and to continue the impact he made in his short but extraordinary time here.

Our mission is to provide financial support to families of medically complex children, helping them access essential therapies such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

We understand firsthand the emotional and financial challenges that come with navigating complex medical needs. Through this foundation, we aim to ease that burden so families can focus on what matters most, their child’s growth, comfort, and quality of life.
